some Jailbreaked iOS devices keeps the game crashing, some aren't. They are using tsProtector P to prevent the game crash.

yeah, but this actually is common in various mobile games, in most of these games customer care is able to verify the account and see that the transaction succeed but the credits weren't added, i already send a mail to neowiz customer care using the contact option built in-game, selected the second option(payment) and verified with google translate that the pop-up said "message send correctly" but still not response, if by monday i don't get any response then i will insist to neowiz and ask google for help, i fear the "sorry but this game is not supported outsite south korea" but still i should get a refund
wish i could buy the Q points from app store but i rely on itunes cards and this is not accepted

You've purchased Q points right? Would be glad if you'd share here how did you do it, as others are planning to purchase too but they couldn't.

Right. Okay, I have an iPad that I use for my main account. I wasn't able to purchase songs when I first created a Korean Apple ID just for this game. I made a bold move by contacting Apple support to figure out the problem because some of my information was a downright lie, such as my location. It looks like anybody could have created an account with my credit card and bought Q points, until I realized Apple support only cares about one thing: verifying you are the owner of the credit card and the owner of the account. Nobody seems to care whether it's a Korean ID or not, they just need to make sure that all transactions are legit, which is why Apple initially didn't let me purchase anything with my credit card. After talking to them on the phone, they said to wait 30 minutes before making a purchase. I waited 20 minutes, purchased the complete pack with no problems.

If you're having trouble purchasing music, you would think it's your credit card company or something, but it might actually be Apple if you own a proper device from them. Give Apple support a call, they don't care about your fake Korean ID. They just care that YOU, the caller, owns the credit card AND the account. I obviously can't speak for other devices such as Android phones.

It's been exactly 4 weeks since the last release of music packs. I thought they might be switching to a monthly update plan instead of every two weeks, but that doesn't seem to be the case. It's possible that Technika Q is done for good!

Fear not! Technika Q isn't developed by Pentavision IIRC, so the game isn't done for good. I think they're either having trouble choosing which songs to put in the game or creating the charts for the song pack. We'll just have to wait and see.

well, about my problem, i tried again to contact customer support, and found out today that all this time gmail was putting the reply mail from neowiz in the spam folder but now i got my Q points ...
the game plays well but the video quality looks pretty bad compared to vita

You should browse through the pages of this thread since it has the most relevant information. Doing that will answer most of your questions, and it's probably faster than waiting for a response.

Other accounts of the game have to add your referral code so you get credit towards reaching the 15 referral goal. You can only add one referral code per account, making it extremely difficult getting 15 referral codes without exploiting the system. Weekly missions do not grant Q points, although there were a few weekly missions before Christmas that did offer Q points, but those seem to be the exception. Kakao IDs are different from referral codes. You can't add the Kakao IDs and expect it to count toward a referral.

I don't know what you mean by "too late to play this game". You're probably too late to receive Q points from missions, though. I doubt this game will survive until next Christmas, honestly. But if this helps, don't buy the complete pack, or any of the major packs for that matter. You don't actually "save" Q points at all. Just buy the songs in packs.

I'm trying to purchase some Q points on iOS. I get the message cannot be purchased please contact iTunes support. They've told me they can't assist me because I'm not authorize for that country for some reason even though it's a Korean iTunes account.

So if anyone had purchased some Q points through iOS please tell me how you did it!

I had the exact problem and posted my story on this thread some time ago. iTunes support was actually able to help me out. Tell them you know the rules of Apple and that you ONLY need to verify credit card identity AND Korean account identity. Tell them to go f*ck themselves (not really, but you know what I mean) if they ask anything else, since it's not any of their business and it's not required.
