For this round, it was hard to just focus on Heavy

charts and pick winners, so I thought I would go about this through a different method: I judged them as a whole. Not just all the charts, though. I also focused on overall presentation.

This file is pretty damn awesome, the only bit I didn't like is the intro (before the speedup)
The stops in the file were great.

Mermaid Girl
I think al2k4 can vouch for me when I say I absolutely hate mermaid girl and all its incarnations, it's just such an annoying song to me
The steps were pretty good, and I liked the down jack a lot.
