I don't see why file who works on 3.9 wouldn't work on 5, did you encounter any problems ?
If a chart doesn't work on 3.9 it probably has some rolls arrows in it (I forgot which one has a few rolls in it, but I'm pretty sure there was one)

edit: every file works on 3.9 and SM5 with no issue, so im not sure why they wouldn't work on your SM5 unless you put the files in the song folder incorrectly or something.

Oh lord, it seems I've made a couple of errors in chart for Sweetie. There were some incorrect rhythms and some odd doublesteps. The file has been updated.

[Challenge] Valiant effort, plays smoothly even though the song is so spare.

Fantastic Love (DJ White Star Machine Mashup): ★★★☆
I was legit frightened to play this because of the preview music, but it wasn't too bad in the end.

From Romania: ★★★★☆
Fun patterning. The gimmicks took a while to get used to though haha

Hamsin: ★★★★
[Heavy] Low- to mid-12, not a 13. Not bad for a stream file at 150 - I'd consider padding it. The crossovers at the end don't match the rest of the file at all.

Imagine: ★★★★★
[Single Heavy] Good structure, but the crossovers could have been placed better with the music.
[Double Challenge] Really good; some very wide crossover stretches here and there and one particular doublestep pattern that occurred multiple times, but shows a lot of promise and would clean up quite nicely.

Move For Me (Beat Juggle): ★★★☆
This chart smacks of someone that hasn't had much experience stepping rhythmically complex music, but you pulled it off quite well. Some inconsistent application of rhythm (especially from scratch passage to scratch passage) and a lot of left-facing patterns.

千本桜: ★★★★★
[Challenge] Excellent. The only thing I was sad about was the lack of triplet bursts where the music called for them, but I understand leaving them out. I don't even like vocaloid haha

The Boys' Speed Highway (Cash Cash Remix): ★★★
It was OK, but it felt dumbed-down from what it could have been. There's a bunch of 16th rhythms that were begging for at least a nod. Also, some of the freezes were a bit too long and prompted the wrong footing.

TIN-DON-DANCE: ★★☆
That was drifty enough to send a message in a bottle on. Steps were not horrible, but there could have been less left-facing and the two doublesteps around the halfway and three-quarter marks could have been less present.

We Can Change: ★★★★
Pretty decent; the song is kind of spare so I liked the addition of complexity through freeze patterns. Less left-facing would be nice too. (There's a theme here)

[Heavy] I was hoping I wouldn't have to say "This chart is left-facing too", but, well. Towards the end it even relied on the expectation of facing left to properly choose which feet should hit which patterns. Good rhythm choices for the most part, but the patterning is bringing it down heavily. Far better than your chart last round!
