I'd like to see a gui that changes slightly between each stage or each day, to keep it from becoming monotonous.

That would be interesting, though it should probably just be the color scheme since the layout changing completely between stages would be kind of a lot to take in.

I would like to see more DJ SWAN in DDR.

And while this is probably too much to ask, I think a "Dance Dance Revolution KONAMIX2" or something similar to that idea would be lovely.

Kinda like SN but slower transaction time between each color.


I agree a Konamix 2 would be great, we might be able to play some KOs and KCs that we have yet to play on a console or our very own Best Hits featuring some of the best songs hand picked voted by the fans (if its hand picked then we might be in for some shitty songs) from SN to X2 and maybe X3 vs 2nd Mix

And KONAMIX 2 needs to have absolutely zero licenses, like the first one.

Funnily enough, that's kinda the project I was aiming at trying to do. Flesh out the stages with fun 6-panel and charts, good courses (vs. mix, vs. artists, themesets), etc. At first I was just gonna clump 1st-5th into one set + the mashups instead of how they are here, and those 3-in-1 mashups I discussed on Music Production were the other factor in them.

To be honest, I haven't messed with X3 a whole lot. I know SigSig, HEART BEAT FORMULA, and Amalgamation could be popular selections, maybe NEPHLIM DELTA or FLOWER?? Love Is The Power (RE:born) essential to that feeling of completeness? Now, which to ride with and which to mashup, that's up in the air.

Interested in knowing some opinions on potential charts with lots of freezes/tricky positioning (like the EXTREME/FESTIVAL/FUSION choreograph missions), and possibly incorporating shock arrows into THOSE. But not all over the place, you know? I'd say the streamy ones too, but proper shocks would completely defeat the point of THAT.

Also tempted to throw in Last Message at random, just to complete a good "vs. good-cool" course and because of it's "JP-EXTREME only" scarcity, and maybe BURNIN' THE FLOOR (MOMO MIX) too; a (TRIP MACHINE PhoeniX + NGO + Pluto Relinquish) mashup for sake of completeness, and a (PARANOiA Respect + HADES + Survivor) mashup, just to show the high-speed PARANOiAs some validation.
