I failed. Re-uploading without the official doubles chart, no doubles charts in the simfile as of now.

I noticed some people have issues in modification...

If you guys place the simfile in a folder and then delete it and put a modified version of the simfile you deleted into the same folder, it will come out as the simfile put in first (the one you deleted). So if this is the case for some, make a new folder or place the modified version into a new folder.

Don't forget that if the song is still there (by checking in edit mode), you can close the program, delete the folder, re-load the program, make sure the song doesn't show up, re-close the program, re-download the file.

I'm going to have to pass on this theme. I just can't think of a good DDR edit to do. Though, I will be full fledged video judging on all the entries.
