beatmania IIDX 16 EMPRESS & PREMIUM BEST (PS2) (Japan)

A few days ago, I preordered the Empress Complete set from Play-Asia. Close to $300 for the complete edition. Fuck!!! My wallet is going to hurt in October!!

I pre ordered the regular version. If I've learned anything over the years of playing IIDX, it's that I don't EVER use any of the extras that come with the premium packages.

People have been murmuring about this being the final release on the PS2...It seems like people are losing their minds over the series moving to next gen consoles? Last I heard DDR FINALLY is moving over to PS3 (about time) and it looks to be a start to move over.

I got the regular version, too. I can't justify spending all that extra money for things that, honestly, I'm going to live without.
Plus the regular version ships a day earlier! =D

I take it that the CS Collection is just an album with the CS songs we're not getting on regular OSTs?

I think it's assumed to be all of the Empress CS songs, plus as many pre-empress CS songs as they can get the rights to, but haven't put on OSTs before.

They changed the name of the CS CD to "CS Collection ~Gold, Troopers, Empress~, so I guess that answers any and all questions about what's on it? ^^;

Erm, the name has always been like that.

e-s-g, it's a CD with all of GOLD, DJ TROOPERS and EMPRESS' CS songs.

Except, notably, HELL SCAPER -Last Escape Mix-, though that was already on denjin K.

Where in the H.E. Double hockey sticks is the CS page to see some of the CS Songs. >_< EMPRESS is like the uberest most top secret IIDX ever. They make it seem like their masterwork.
