I got the new 3DS and decided to give my old one to a sibling. I transferred everything from my old XL to my new XL. But when I tried to get her material from her 2DS to my old XL, it says I can't do a transfer on my old XL for 7 days. This must be some kind of DRM policy or some shit but I swear Nintendo's policies are pretty shitty and make no sense to me.

I'm at a divine point, When I asked Coin-Op Express about New information on a Dedicated White DDR 2013 Cabinet( because they don't have 2014 for some reason) they offered me one, I need help, should I get an arcade to take the cabinet, while helping them get the stuff to upgrade it to 2014, or just not take the offer and go for a kit? Also, how do I get more support, It's just a lot for me to handle, but I really wish I had help so everything goes according to plan, and I don't make a fool out of myself in front of Kon again.

Well, If:-the arcade can afford to take the cabinet (probably at least US$10,000 not including shipping)
-you can get a 2014 upgrade kit
-you or someone at the arcade can upgrade it
then it'd probably be okay to take the offer. If not, then don't take it.

I Need help to get a DDR 2014 kit, as well connecting it to Program World, so it can use e-amusement,
I'll see if anyone can help me upgrade
