i don't if this was posted here a few pages back but.

There still has been no internet rankings, events or unlocks. For the last game, DDR X2, internet Ranking #1 started 3 weeks after release. It's been about a month since X3's release.

I'd say the official date of release is the 30th. 14th was like a partial release IMO.

14, November = Dedicated machines release date
30, November = Upgrade kit release date

Konami has staggered machine and kit rollout before, why would we view this release differently by calling the dedicated machine release date a "pre-release" of some kind?

Because that's how the Japanese view it.

On BEMANIwiki, it states:

2011/11/30
- Official release.
- DDR 2ndMIX OST released.

2011/11/16
- Limited pre-release of new cabinets only.

And not just Japanese players, Konami themselves consider the official start of X3 to be the 30th. (Blog posted Dec. 1st)

Hey Question for you Asia Region People(Cuz I don't know who is under that jurisdiction). Since the game is released in that region is it like the X2? E.G. Semi-pointless because it's not hooked up to an e-amuse system (too early to ask if had codes, so pointless to ask). I was wondering what the specs are on it. Same goes for the Lincle & ReflecBeat Asia release (Though not DDR related but still have interests in it).

Sorry if this have been asked before, but regarding the Extra Stage system, will we get Extra Stage if we have 2 AAA FCs and a D? (looking at you Aaron ;P)

I don't get what you mean.
No you can't (If you started with 0 star) Each song can get you a maximum of 3 stars.
(For your case, you will get 7 stars)

Fyi the stars can be saved & carry forward to your next credit, if 9 stars not obtained in that credit.
Example: You carry forward 7 Stars, so you can get all 3 stages with D (+1 blue star each) on your next credit & still get extra stage~
So you have 10 stars now, & all the stars will be deducted including your 1 "hidden" stars (the system will only save up to a maximum of 9 stars since it's the requirement for getting extra stage.) & your 1 "hidden" stars will not be able to carry forward to the next credit.
