Do you honestly think I care if you think it's rude if I post your status of you blatantly breaking a site rule? No. It's dealt with via moderation and that's how it has always been.
Honestly, if you want to get unbanned, stop breaking more rules, Seriously. It doesn't matter how much you donate or how much you rant on facebook about it. you're posting now on FB that you now have a *static ip* and all of this stuff (which is breaking a rule on top of other violations you had). Yeah, you're probably not coming back at this point.
