Cool new event! Can't wait until it actually starts and we begin to see these songs' charts. I honestly had a hunch BassDrop Freaks would cross over to DDR sometime, and well here it is!

The good thing about the recent DDR news, is at least Bemani really start to put a lot of effort bringing us new content (in form of crossovers, KO aaaaaaaaand some Hinnabitta xD!) based on the resurging fanbase around Japan (and maybe some occidental influence, who knows).

And think of it, if someone don't like the bunch of crossovers of this event, at least in the end is gonna be new KOs like this Nekomata master's song, and the future bunch of extra stage songs for the next day after Babylon Adventure.

This immediately reminded me of this

Special One is the new I Was The One, and TECH-NOID is the new Spin the Disc. Still want good-cool back though, but those songs sound pretty similar to me. Just wish Special One was in English.

Interesting event title. I wonder how exactly it's going to work. And having it not start until next week further gives me the excuse to take a short break from the arcade.


Licenses have been revived before in the arcades. But then again, MMM just got axed barely over 2 months ago, so I doubt it'd have any chance of popping back up quite so soon.

Dancemania was revived in X because the X series a throwback to the old days, considering all of the X games has revivals of Dancemania songs. However once X series ended there were no more Dancemania revivals.
