EXACTLY! We have X2s everywhere, but nothing else! The only other Bemani game I've ever seen in FL is a DanceManiax. If nothing is done about this in three years, I'm going to try buying a IIDX and pop'n.

Take some of them from the central FL area, I literally have five within driving distance now, most in mediocre condition.

Yeah, I was just in Orlando and theres tons of them. In Sarasota ( 2 hours south of Orlando) there is nothing but extremes.

Anyways back on topic hahaha My friend who works at Wal-Mart said he's going to send me pictures of the back of the box as soon as they get it in. I will upload it, maybe we will get some info hahaha. It's not very likely but maybe the back will have some new screens.

They most likely will, but I highly doubt there will be anything significant found there. The most I could see being possibly found there is a picture that confirms the original Hottest Party characters, but that's pretty much it.

Funny, I was reading reactions to this from when they first revealed this list (the licenses) and how turned off people were. Now it's being regarded as the greatest CS DDR ever. I think Konami finally got marketing down right with this one

I will post the pictures as soon as I receive them. Judging by previous years the back will do next to nothing for us other then saying " over 80 songs to enjoy" or something like that.

It won't be tonight though he said it's not in their back room yet. I asked him to hijack a copy for me but that would in turn leave him jobless.

Well if he's sly enough he could find a way. Maybe you could pay him under the table to get the copy and once the game is out put the sale through the system to make up for inventory difference :V

This kind of hype should be present with the launch of every DDR game. I don't think Konami realizes it but if they SOLD the game to the gaming community like this they might have a lot more sales and exposure. And having a kickoff concert perfectly draws attention to what the game hopefully does best; it's music.

Yeah, Konami's marketing division is horrible. I've been bugging them on twitter/fb to come to PAX... a place that heavilly advertises Just Dance and Dance Central amongst a crowd of about 30,000 gamers, and they just kind of ignore it. Then they wonder why word of mouth spreads so much on games like that.

The Xbox/PS3 games would probably sell more too if they had either demos or were XBLA/PSN releases.

Why are these acceptable in IIDX but when they implement IIDX scoring in DDR its for no reason? Honest question, as I think the new DDR scoring is fantastic.
