okay for simplicity's sake lets say there are 100 really active z-i-v members. i realize that not everyone with >200 posts is active, etc

lets use the lower end of this spectrum (170bpm) so there are no DDR vs ITG excuses. there are surely a few DDR charts that require speed at or around 170 stream

now i think it all boils down to how much lifebar we start with

if we start with half bar (standard), i would guesstimate that half of the 100 aren't actually good at the game, and they'd fail about one measure in, on average. maybe even less
lets say another 40 are decent and can average 5 measures each
lets say the last 10 are good and can average 15 measures each

that's a total of 400 measures of stream. 400m@170 is a bit out of my league, i've done ~250m@170 but 400 is really pushing it. we are entering difficulty 17-18 (ITG scale)

now if we started with 1% lifebar, i think i could win this easily
