SN2 is the slowest (and therefore, the most glitchy) CS DDR to date. Whereas any other PS2 game would load a menu pretty much as soon as you pressed Start, there would be a delay lasting for a few seconds, even while accessing the main menu. I hope X CS isn't as bad.

what are you talking about, how is it laggy? I really don't know what your talking about. DDR Supernova 2 runs just fine, I don't know whats wrong with your game, but mine is perfect.

Slow game =/= Glitchy game
The only time my game ever messed up on me was when I pumped an edit for HADES with over 1600 notes and 600 freezes, understandably causing it to slow down. Therefore, it was my fault. There is nothing wrong with the game.

"On ZiV I'm like Princess Diana"
Heh, I've had that happen to me on Extreme JP with the course Revolt Oni. I had something like 0.5x, wave, flat on Trip Machine standard, and the game kept lagging Tongue.

I didn't say anything about lag. I said that there's a noticeable delay when accessing menus, among other things.
For example, start up Supernova CS. When the warning message appears, press Start. Notice how it takes only about half a second for the logo to appear. Then, start up Supernova 2 CS. Once again, press Start any time after the warning appears. You should notice that it takes significantly longer for the game to get to the logo.
Overall, SN2 CS seems less polished since it takes the game more time to navigate than the other PS2 games, even though it's around the same size and it was in development for the same amount of time.

I think it just has something to do with how the interface is, as it did the same with SN2 JP CS.

But yeah, I can deal with SN2's interface even if I have to wait a few more seconds. SN was just...ugly.

I really don't see how you guys say its laggy, I never experienced lagginess in my game. Its running smootly, must be the ps2s or something.

Yes Supernova was kind of laggy, but not that much.

Those 4 supernova2 songs should go to the Previous Releases.

Oh, well then that changes everything yea, Supernova and Supernova 2 was kind of slow, maybe its because he got it when they first came out. Like the first week, most games don't run as great, but after a while, they finally fix some things and make it more smoothly.

EDIT:

Well going to enjoy the last few days of DDR online until the release of DDR X Smile

To be accurate, yes. He lists songs new to the console in that region as "new", but not for all games [/subtle hint].

Time for me to put my two cents in

I dont see the point of them repeating a ton of stuff that we already have. Especially if it's on the Ps2. I wouldn't want a space to be taken up by them repeating dynamite rave when i can just pop in extreme2. I'mm completly fine with them putting stuff like Butterfly and Dub-I-Dub cause we have never had them on the Ps2. Like almost everyone has pointed out here, there are alot of older songs that we have never gotten. Like Ever Snow and Brilliant RED. I would hate to see them barley put any new songs on though...

Repeats are a natural occurence. The problem isn't that we're getting repeats, it's that we're getting the same repeats all the time, namely the kind of stuff seen on Party Collection, Extreme JP revivals and SN2 JP revivals. We get it, you think those songs are great and you want us to like them, too. We don't need AM-3P, Dynamite Rave and Drop the Bomb on five games when we probably have at least one of those and their slots could be better used with something fresh.

What about the ones that they don't make (or atleast I think they don't) anymore, like Konamix? So, songs like Dead End, and DXY?

Ok, ok, but did you have to knock me down 5 points? >_>

Shubox, I don't even have a rating for you. You'd have to do something a lot worse than that to merit a negative vote by my hand. Sorry if you thought I was the culprit, I was just soapboxing a little there.

Hey guys, the Captain Jack Na-na's looked like his cover of "A Bridge Over the River Wi". Think of them as whistles.

Na-na, na na na na! na! na!

Could we have a brand new CJ license on our hands? If so, gg Konami!

Umm, can you tell me which songs have been repeated in the US more than two times?
