I'm willing to agree with most of what you wrote.

1-DDR isn't the only game they make... Also, yes, the people who play are rather weird from what I see in videos of conventions. Haven't seen anyone actually play DDR in real life though aside from the common 7-12 year old girl(s).
2-Konami has been lowering their standards as of late with music/charts, but their art direction is ok.
3-I could care less about the culture, just don't shove it into my face.
4-I'm unsure what to think of this part...are you saying people on here challenge your straight point of views or...?
5-Arrabbiata is a 14.

6-His posts were completely random and useless, not worthy of downvoting, especially in a thread with no topic.

You're on a site filled with DDR enthusiasts and are shocked when they react negatively to you calling them weird and awkward?


You're on a fansite that is mostly dedicated to Konami games and are shocked when users who hate Konami games are unpopular?


You're on a fansite for mostly Japanese games and are shocked when users who don't like Japan are unpopular?


There are at least dozens of regular users here that are in the LGBT community and it's also 2014 and you're shocked that people uncomfortable with other peoples' sexuality are unpopular?

Essentially what you're asking is why people who dislike DDR enthusiasts, Konami-made games, Japanese culture and gay people are not welcomed on a site full of gay DDR enthusiasts who play games made by a Japanese compay.

I wanted to be careful about this--I'm not trying to imply that I, personally, fall into any of these categories. The point I'm trying to get across is that as a whole community, we cannot say "We are nice people looking for other nice people!" and at the same time be extremely sensitive to everything and ban people over the most trivial things possible.

Edit: @Pie-Kun: Read the above because that applies to most of your post. To reiterate, this is a music game forum, it shouldn't be limited to only LGBT-pro people who love japanese 4-panel dancing games and everything japan.

lol. That is exactly what I'm talking about. I subconsciously use "gay" in the synonym-for-sucks form, everyone knew exactly what I meant, yet they took it as a sexual insult because they are that sensitive and/or simply because they can. I guess we can't exclude the fact that some people just looove -5'ing anything they don't like and will jump at every little opportunity they can find.
