I hope they can finally unload great songs like KISS ME ALL NIGHT LONG!

i'm actually quite surprised that this hasnt shown up on US PS2 yet, since the xbox and the 360 both have it. i'm surprised that a few songs have been on the xbox or 360 and not PS2, actually.

We should just get those songs over with. I mean, in SN 2 they ONLY gave us Hyper Eurobeat in terms of new songs to US, pre-SN.

lol Piepiepie, well I understand that alright, out with the new in witht the old, thats how I say it lol
Besides don't they try and make sure that all we get is new songs that we haven't gotten before on DDR for the USA, and stuff. I mean Supernova was, and Supernova 2
FELM doesn't count because they had very good reasons to add that on Supernova 2.

You know what would even more awesome if they added that song? If they added the Universe oni chart on that along with AM-3P, Secret Rendezvous, Candy*, Ecstasy, and un duex trois, and their new oni charts :3

It's the 10th anniversary! They should definitely add those steps in the arcade version at least if they want to avoid repeats for the home version! But I'd be really glad to get them in a home version! Personnally, I'd like to get this game as a final catch up mix so we finally have all the songs from Sn2 and before and they'd still have enough place to give us at least 15 new KOs(or crossovers) and the usual licenses too! I may have too high hopes...

Don't fret! Gamespot said this game will have more songs than usual

Trust -DanceDanceRevolution Mix- (Why this? I don't know who owns the current US rights to the program this song promotes, but KONAMI US may not have any claim to this song or the footage it shows in the background as they do in Japan. Licensing issues!)
Hmm...Well it was on the US version of SN2 AC, or would they have to go through different means for CS?
I am pretty sure they'll be ok since Konami produced the anime and the song.

Do you think we'll have an Extreme JP and have above a hundred songs? That could get us to have SN2 and before, but also a real DDR X at the same time! That'd be awesome! But I'll take for granted it'll have no more than 80 songs, I won't be disappointed!

I am holding out for 80 songs... at the most, as for the Japanese version, I am expecting a decent amount considering this is the 10th

Same here. But I'm guessing that they're just pulling some of the license revivals from Party Collection to use in DDR X. I'm sure SN2 songs will make up a large part of the KO list, followed by handful (~10-15) X songs, and a few CS songs.
Why would they make CS exclusives if the arcade release is going to be a few months after the console release? It is completely unnecessary, and I hope Konami thinks the same.

You do. There are going to be way more than 15 new songs (40 or 50 would be a better estimate), so every game will be a "catch up". It's better to just not think of it like that because we started later and will naturally see everything later. Besides, our game comes out first.

So...I'm thinking 30-35 old KOs, 20-25 licenses, 10-15 DDR X songs, and 2-5 CS originals.

3 DDR from DDR SN1, DDR SN2 and this DDR X started with Home version first. I wonder, what wrong with USA Konami ? Why not from Japan ARC first ?

I just think USA Konami too hurry to make DDR every 1 year. I still found some glitches and silly matter from previous DDR when i realized.
