I love this song a lot. Once again, found it through a Super Monkey Ball compilation, and I needed not to take one listen before I realized "oh my god, this song needs to be stepped".

Only four difficulties, however I think neither the 7 nor 9 belong in the slot so I just left that slot empty. (I originally wanted to be a DDR 10 but I didn't have time...) As a result, the official name for the chart is "Diffipert/Steavy". It's difficulty #3.5.

This gap also has some philosophical meaning: Once you cross it, you enter a different style of stepping, filled with curious things such as note quantizations past 16ths in the 70 BPM section, rotating disks that you have to avoid stepping on, and bumpy holds that you must constantly ghost step.

Oh man... this was surprisingly very hard to step. Specifically, since the song is tiny bit repetitive, I wanted the chart to gradually go from a 6-7 footer to a 9-10 footer, and that was annoying because of the last 16 measures, but I wanted to keep it at a 9 and the synths gave me such a hard time with that. Eventually I just said "screw it" after many resteps and came up with the chaotic section that you'll see close to the end.

Regardless, I'm pretty proud of the final project I have here.

Oh yeah, also I had to step it anyway because I can't let the background movies I scripted for it go unnoticed. Actually, the way I put it together helped me a lot with understanding the song. Off the bat, you may notice whenever you hear bells in the song, the yellow shooting stars background used in THE WHISTLE SONG/CRASH! appears, and just as well, I almost always use freezes to mark such instruments. So, I had a question that I'm surprised hasn't come up yet. If a person has under 20 rating, and they upload a file, then they are required to vote, but they aren't allowed to. So what happens in this case? Are people who upload files allowed to vote regardless of their rating or are they not allowed to vote, so they are exempt from Rule 1?
