I REALLY don't think this is a good idea, but I think I need to use my 2nd veto already.

This song is just....flat, I can't see the heavy chart exceeding a 5, I don't know who thought this could be stepped but I think anyone would have veto'd this....

I really hope everything I get starting from round 3 is at least more dynamic than this....

Rock The Club is disqualified. I'm sorry, but it went past the deadline by 25 minutes, and that's too much.

I haven't stated how late should I allow the files, and that's why late files were somewhat allowed last year. This year, I'll impose a 10-minute late window. If you're late by less than 10 minutes, I'll allow the file, but anything after and the file will be disqualified.

This sounds much better, the only cost being the song is over 2 minutes long.

@Oni-91: It was worth a shot. Admittedly, it was better sound quality than it started with after editing it... (edit-) I'll try to find a way to get 256kbps, but I've never really cared much for bitrate when I edit so it might take a while to get it situated.

So, this is somewhat embarrassing, but I didn't even realize when converting .mp3's to.ogg's that all my .ogg's were saving in low quality. Apologies to whoever received my submissions. Going forward everything should be higher quality (although there's one song that I only had in 128kbs anyways, nothing I could do about that one).

I think KagKag is miscut. If you check the wave, you can find the following beats or 8th notes:

20.759, 26.434, 33.572, 38.762, 41.516: offset -0.003
43.105, 45.861, 73.917, 94.998, 103.105: offset +0.03

... so somewhere between 41.516 and 43.105 was the original cut, and it was about 33ms too long. Any chance of getting a recut? It's got good rhythm and I personally like the chart, so getting it fixed would be great.

This chart is so horrible... It goes off-beat in many areas, that stream at the second half is just a mess, I'm lucky I passed this song (and took that DANGER screenshot while I was playing this too)...

Junko, I know you like stepping things faster than 200 BPM, but... Have mercy. For fucks sake, not all of us know how to pass things like Valkyire Dimension. Even on keyboard!

Yeah, JUMPER is a mess. There are odd tempo changes and it goes offbeat a lot. Not sure what went wrong but 中田ヤスタカ and こしじまとしこ don't deserve this. Also, I thought this was supposed to be a pad competition? Is JUMPER's chart supposed to be an attempt at ITG-style stepping?
