Hard to believe?
There are enough people that spend lots of money or are addicted of a game. So people trying to PP all day for maximum points is very possible.

Lucky Shots seem to appear at any normal note you press, regardless of percent. Could make sense that th chance is higher at 100%. Lucky chance gets higher every level. The text at the Level Up screen already says that.

In the end, it still is very random if you get lucky or not. I saw a screenshot of someone on Lv. 99 getting 0 points from luckies.

They can do that, seriously. I did a 99.8% accuracy in Thor 3L SG, with 9 lucky shots, and there are more better players than me, looks kinda unbelievable doing PPs all the time, but still its possible.

Well, that means it's time to wait for next Christmas to get our free Q Points

It's frustrating how the game doesn't tell you if you hit notes too early or too late. I'm here trying to Perfect Play level 6 songs 10 times to reach level 99, and I can't really tell how I'm off. I wish there was some small technical number in a hidden spot on the screen that shows your millisecond offset. For example, if you hit it just a tad early and hit 90% on a note, it would say -0.03 or something, indicating that you were 0.03 milliseconds early from hitting 100%. And maybe if you hit 90% on a note too late from 100%, it should show a + instead. In any case, Perfect Playing songs would be more manageable if you knew exactly why you're hitting 90% on notes that you SHOULD be getting 100% on, because you've memorized the timing and rhythm or something.

I really can't wrap my head around the idea that people Perfect Play songs all the time, regardless of difficulty... :\

Why am I "Out of Rank"?
How do I get more Q points?

2. Ranking is based on total score of all songs. (so you'll need to buy songs at some point)
3. Every 10 levels, you get Q points equal to the level number. Lately, they've been handing out Q points in missions. You can also purchase them.

I can answer all of the questions.

1. It's a glitch that's been going on, nobody can really do anything about it.
2. Buy them, get them every 10 levels, and they were handing them out for weekly missions but for now they're back to Max Points.
3. Invite friends (get people who have never played Q to play Q). This is probably easier said than done. 5 friends invited gets you a new noteskin and 25 gets you a new UI skin.
4. Invite 5 friends, explained in the previous answer.

Just play normally, sooner or later you'll get in the rankings. I was Out of Rank for a longer time too but suddenly since a few weeks I now have a ranking.

In my observation, if you hit a note and you got MAX 90% or below, you touched the note early. if you hit it late, let's say about some milliseconds after the "should-be 100%" it will appear as MAX 1%. It's up to you to find out if you got it late or not
