beatmania IIDX 21 SPADA (AC) (Japan)

Refractive index truly reminds me of his older works, like Andromeda and Back Into The LIght, with a small twist of modern EDM elements. I mean, I liked the silly wobbles he did recently in his songs, but it's good to throw back into old styles once in a while.

Very dissapointing update I guess.

Both the NEMESIS and Votum stellarum remixes are pretty lazy remixes, they basically are the same original song, sped up and with a drum&bass/hardcore track pasted up. There were worse choices on True Blue..., but also better songs (AA and Colors remixes were good).

I didn't like BLUE DRAGON or any of its remixes. Putting the Seiryu/Rairyu samples reminded me of how sick I was of Seiryu/Rairyu tracks save Critical Crystal and maybe ra'am (I have to listen to it more, I guess).

Last Dance is pretty boring, nothing else to say. RIZING YOU UP is generic Ryu*.

Hypersonik is good. Not as good as ICARUS or D, but WAY better than S!ck. refractive index is also good, it surprised me as I don't like many Sota songs as of lately. Not sure if I wanted more trance songs from him, but at least isn't dubstep.

Dark Fall was the only track that I liked from BLUE DRAGON, so I'm happy to see it here.

I don't believe the Qproque events are Extra Stage.

I don't really like Blue Dragon or Last Dance, the two I've heard so far. Blue Dragon is a lazy medly of seiryu samples. Last Dance is boring and has an awful video. I hate the trend recently of boss songs having a bland video of the players avatar pretending to fight a floating enemy thing.

Hypersonik is IMO the worst Eagle song yet. I really hope that the 123456DOIT sample doesn't get overused. It made sense in S!ck because that was a mashup song, but it's starting to lose its novelty.

refractive index and Last Dance were good but generic. There just isn't much to say about them.

The Votum stellarum remix was decent, at least compared to the NEMESIS remix. I couldn't agree with DMAxel more here, especially regarding the NEMESIS mix.

BLUE DRAGON was good until all of the samples showed up. Maybe it's just not my style but I thought that the samples drew away from the song. Dark Fall was just meh.

I suppose I agree with Pandemonium X in saying this is the best event since LEGEND CROSS, but this doesn't even come close to how good LEGEND CROSS was.

MAP 3's new songs are great: refractive index is the return of good old Sotatrance, but yeah it does kind of generic. Hypersonik is nice as well, but it doesn't stack up to the likes of ICARUS or D. Last Dance feels like INAZUMA did; that being said because of this connection I was kind of looking for a vocal track somewhere in that second half

All hidden 12's are open for normal play. INSOMNIA, Adularia, DARK LEGACY and 旋律のドグマ～Misérables～. I've personally seen them all and they're all very high tier 12's. 旋律のドグマ～Misérables～ has 2002 notes.

Adularia's difficulty depends a lot on your ability on doing CN, but if it's no problem, it's an easy 12 (with a slight "last kill"). Personally, the CN in Almagest Hyper were harder
Dark Legacy should be within the mid-12 too I think.

The other two though are hard, Prim is a "simple" 2000+notes, but the sheer number is enough to tire you out, and Insomnia is pretty gruesome (scratch, denims...), at least without random
Overall, I think those 4 charts were very pleasing to play

That new extra sounds so good! So far, except Close the World, extra stages are great (though Ancient Scapes seems to be barely played...)
Now that we have USAO extra, guess that makes everyone from TanoC?
I wonder who's it going to be next month (people are thinking about Oster Project)

Well, that's every member of HARDCORE TANO*C that has already had at least two songs. Although I think it's not likely, I'd very much like to see in-house artists making these extra stages later

The trend seems to involve an artist that debuted in tricoro and also has a song in SPADA, sans REDALiCE.
With all the TANO*C artists in IIDX having Spada leggendaria songs already, we could be getting OSTER project or SOUND HOLIC next.

Voice samples are for free use, so anyone can use them, not just specific ones. Besides, the last song played to unlock each leggendaria song is by the artist of the Leggend song, so it is indeed USAO. Close the World is Redalice, Ancient Scapes is DJ Noriken and Sigmund is Dj Genki.

True, except that Close the World requires songs relating to swords/crosses/knights instead of REDALiCE songs.
