Few things I found as of 11/29/2014: This is the 16:9 version of DDR X2 AC preview4e2

Judgements while playing are a bit too close together. When I get a good, I see a bit of the g from the great, and for an almost, I see part of the g from a good.

Seems like there is a delay in showing the song jacket then showing the stage (this is after you select a song and before the actual game play).

The "CLEARED" sound comes right after the last note when it should really come when the curtain is closing a little bit later.

After a combo break, the combo always turns up green even if 4 perfects/marvelous are stepped after the break.

I have little experience with code; does anyone know how to change these?

Where is the preferences.ini file located in windows 7?

Open Start Menu, type %APPDATA% then open Roaming. Go to StepMania 5.0/Save folder.

You may want to make a short cut link of that folder and put it in your Stepmania folder for easier access.

I edited the preferences.ini file according to these settings but the scoring is still messed up. showing 9,287,987 for example instead of 0,999,999 for example.

I think you mean 2013 and 2014.
I have modified DDR 2014 theme by Risk and PKWP, also.
If they agree me to release it then I will do it.

But I didn't do 2013, I don't really like that theme.

I dont think they care if you mod it cause alot of people including gene also mod it
