I agree with that. I'm gonna rename my file right now.

Here i desagree. Some files are way higher than 10. If the file is a 12 or 14 (not x scale but itg/custom scale) this would be pointless to call the stepchart a "10 feet".

For exemple beginning of the end is 11.5 imo. So it's a 11 or 12, not a 10 at all.


What the... with Chance and Dice ? Here what you see ifyou try to download now : "ZIP (0MB)".
I have still the wrong file and i can't download the new one ? :s

WHAT. I changed the title of my edit (Hero) now all the files are gone O_o
I don't know if it's a bug or is someone deleted the file by error before i made changes.
That's weird... maybe this hapend too for Chance and Dice.
Be carrefull guys :s

Anyway i re-uploded all my files for Hero (x-edit). Btw, for people who already downloaded it, no need to download again. I juste changed the title "HERO (2008 X-edit)" in "DDR Edit - HERO (2008 X-edit)".

So, how are we supposed to distinguish different edits between people? I mean if 4 or 5 people make an edit for the same song, how will we know which one to vote for and who did what?

1.) Now why would 4-5 people make an edit for the same song?

Answer: Stepmania has options for Description/etc. We could always just add our User Names there...

Though this might pose a problem in the future...

...click on the song/edit they submitted and look at the user's name? But even so, this could pose a problem if A LOT of people do the same song :/

Yeah, I've noticed that happening when I change a song title too. It's because those files use the song title in their URL.

After seeing just about everyone doing this, I'll just make the rule change

7. When submitting your simfile, it needs to be the weeks theme, then the song title. EXAMPLE: DDR EDIT - Healing Vision

I also have edits for DXY, NoriNori, Mr.T and Healing Vision (angelic mix) ready (but only).
I made this one because i can play it at the arcade on a extreme machine

It's more stamina based, maybe it's possible to make better charts (that why i maybe will not release it for this contest).
But DXY! and NoriNori is really fun with some good stream (both are low 11).

You can edit every song from ddr. So yeah, MAx300 of course.

I don't think bantu original is in a ddr mix.
You can edit whatever song if the song is on one ddr mix. Arcade or console.

Edit : Ahah i was realy too slow this time :p

Oh btw. Some people forgot to delete the official double chart when the uploaded the simfiles.
Don't forget to erase it if you didn't did double edit.
