I'm honestly not surprised, everything outside of Asia pretty much has gotten the short end of the stick, such as dancing stage having a limited songlist until Supernova, Europe not getting E-Amuse and the USA not getting it until DDR A, USA never even gotten a full DDR Extreme release and almost every Extreme cab is most likely a bootleg and the fact that the DDR X cab both Europe and USA got were low quality raw thrills cabs.

I can’t blame KONAMI for this since it’s not like they’re doing this on purpose. Japan has the virus under control and that’s their main audience. If they went on a drought of content because the US was still dealing with the virus they’d be in trouble. I’m irritated as well that we can’t participate in these events because of what’s going on but honestly (I don’t mean to get political) it’s our own fault. That being said, now is probably the best time to get in contact with someone who is willing to play for you, since Floor Infection is back. This means you have the opportunity to catch up.

everywhere in the world is basically over corona now, the US and UK are the only places that have no clue what they’re doing. konami’s primary market is japan/the rest of Asia so of course they’re going to start going back to normal now.

Idk about it chief (specially if we speaking about South America, where am i living), but whatever.

I agree in the part about the whole japanese priorization over other countries, just because is not their fault to manage well the pandemic compared to other countries. For the US players, you can wait a little longer for new content ... bruh, at least the A20 machines are there when all this situation will normalize someday, and even if Konami will release a future version of the game, they will consider those machines because the e-amusement.

Until today, I really can't comprehend the whole "If they don't release it in the US then is worthless" (same situation happened when they announce A20+: They did a shitstorm even if obviously they will release it in white cabs later). Just wait patiently a little longer, is not that hard.

You have to laugh at how good the NA DDR community has had it only for them to take the pandemic not allowing them to go to R1 or D&B as a sign that Konami hates them because they're still releasing new content.
