Apparently, I am too depressed right now. My friend didn't feel like talking to me days after suddenly meeting an ex-friend of mine, whom I wish she would disappear because of her, everyone in my class tend not to go near me (or they bully me sometimes). I really do not understand what the hell is going on here. I mean I am in an environment where people ignore the crap out of me and neglect me. Now I understand that the current generation of people are fuckin' careless (and heartless) people and that even if you meet people who are nice, those people can weigh you down to their level or simply not give a fuck. To make matters worse for me, I had already lost contact with most of the people I used to hangout. Even if I am being nice to them, people do not mind because they are busy with their idiot friends and "fucking children's card games" It is just hard adjusting to the environment of other people who don't even share similar interests or looking for people who truly care.

What does this represent? What I'm going through right now. People think I'm immature and perky all the time, well that is totally not true at all. What's going on here? I've been heartbroken for many weeks after a recent breakup, and that has taken a chunk of my happiness away. I'm only immature when I have to be, because I'm almost always depressed. To the people who have been giving me a hard time about my graphics, why don't you just shut the fuck up and worry about your own graphics? Even if you're trying to help me out here, you're only making me worry more of what I'm doing right now. I'm living in anxiety right now, I'm in a huge amount of pain because I miss the girl I truly love. It's bad enough I have to deal with working on a project that has landed into a minor forum fight! Worst of all, I probably won't see my ex-girlfriend ever again! So what if her dad broke us up? We are still in love with each other, and forever in pain from not seeing each other...

I'm in a lot of pain right now and I wish everyone could just stop. Just stop. Because I've had enough...

That is simply what I have to let out...

Sigh... I'm not jumping on the bandwagon, but I will try to present myself as neutrally as possible.


We weren't giving you a hard time. Seems like to me, you're very self-conscious about your presence and take in so much sadness and displeasure when others don't really approve of works. With that, you seem to lock out the general notion that others are giving you ideas to help, so that you become better. It's about as easy as that. Believe me, when I started making music and posted it on here, I pretty much acted the same way as you did until my mind pretty much opened up. It was a bit embarrassing, personally, but I don't really care anymore.

With the way you've been presenting yourself, 370K, you seem like you haven't really gone on an internet forum before, have you? No worries, we all have our moments of awkwardness and stupidity, myself included, but you'll learn, hopefully. And if what you're saying about your personal hardships is true, then I have a piece of advice for you:

Stop clinging onto the past. How else are you going to progress in life? Forget your ex, she should mean nothing to you right now. When you keep these thoughts inside you, you're only going to get worse. However, if all of these emotions are fake and you never really had a girlfriend to begin with, shame on you.

I'm going to address the depression stuff you're talking about, since I've had very similar experiences in the past.

I completely understand being heartbroken over the end of a relationship. Whether it's your own decision, their decision, or the decision of their parents/your parents, the fact of the matter is that it still feels awful. The first girl I felt like I loved ended up cheating on me with someone I didn't know, and the next time I was stupid enough to think I was in love with someone, they ended up being emotionally abusive and ran off with an ex-friend for who-the-fuck-knows what reason.

That being said, it's not the end of the world. No, I'm not going to downplay your feelings. Anyone who tries to make a mockery out of your feelings is an asshat. Everyone handles things differently. So this girl you're stressing over? The situation obviously sucks, but try not to view it as the end of the line. There will always be other people around. You can find someone else, but don't rush it. Don't do anything unless you feel like you're ready. Hell, maybe her dad will come around and let you guys start dating again. Just try to be somewhat optimistic. That's not going to stop the problems, but nothing is going to change at all if you just wallow in negativity. Instead of saying "I probably won't see my girlfriend ever again", try saying something like "I can't see her now, but I hope I can eventually". Little things like that can be immensely helpful. Hope this all helps.

Your 14 right? Dude, you have a lifetime to find another girl who shares your same passion as you do for dance games, or whatever it was that made her special. You're still pretty young to really be thinking about relationships for the long run, then again this generation of children have done some very spectacular things that make me question our future.

Do know that life is just going to get much harder as you grow older, do not expect to be handed baskets of sunshine goodness from here on out, it's a time where things will become a lot more personal and difficult for you, I know most of us have been through this either by bits or a whole lot, it's bound to happen, you just need the strength to pick yourself up and dust it off.

I don't think I have ever really commented on your project, maybe the time in chat when I mentioned your 'Coming Soon' page, only reason why I brought it up was because the banner for it was actually created to fit your theme, but the huge 'Coming Soon' png.file was something I can whip up in 10 seconds on MS Paint, it was just a black screen with the words on the bottom-right hand corner (and this was inspired from the DDRMAX demo disc?) Once again, while I do not want to keep bringing up the level of quality in the graphics of the project, you are at least doing your own theme which is something not even I can do (or even have the time to do), so points for that, but do realize that posting in a forum that is home to many rhythm gamers from across the world, anything you make in regards to simfiles, themes, music, graphics, etc., can and WILL be judged and criticized by most everyone here, hell go to any forum for any sort of hobby and you can expect the same thing.

That's all I am going to say on the subject. Hope you feel better soon, and don't take things from the internet too seriously, and if you do, get up from your seat, turn the computer off, and go outside to experience much more in life.
