Protip: talking about your user rating will only make other users rate you down lower. It comes across as you begging for points, and that's frowned upon here.

Negatory. The rule was that if your user rating drops below -100, you were up for a banning (not deletion), but that rule does not apply much these days.
Also, you've asked plenty more than "just two questions".

Points are the result of the action.

Your see that red/green number under people's avatars? Those are a person's points. Users are rating you up/down which influences your points.
