I don't usually complain but this was too much

I don't know about the prices in the UK, but taking the train in France is quite expensive if you take it ocasionally.
I'm lucky I can take the train for free between my parent's house and the college, thanks to my county. But if I had to buy a ticket, it would have had cost me something like 25€ for a one-way trip (which is less than 2 hours by car).


I fail at understanding timing signatures but this sounds cool.
My old laptop speakers make it sound not too cool though

Basically, what 5/4 means is that there are 5 beats in each bar, and quarter note values constitutes one beat.

So, ONE two three four five ONE two three four five ONE two three for five, etc.

Time signatures can be seen as a fraction, with the numerator indicating quantity and the denominator indicating quality.

The majority of bemani songs are in 4/4 time

4 = Quantity = four beats
4 = Quality = quarter note

In 4/4 time you get four quarter notes per measure.
In 5/4 time you get five quarter notes per measure, as best shown in ryan's song. A bemani tune that uses 5/4 time is the middle section of Saber Wing.

In 3/4 time you get three quarter notes per measure. The majority of Sabor Wing is in this time signature.

Yesterday I released a cover of Foo Fighter's "Big Me". I didn't really like how sloppily it came out. So I did a complete remastering of it. Pulled the drums down in the mix and boosted the distortion (carefully mixed as to not brickwall the track). Please listen and let me know what you think.

I'm a little bummed because the only friend I have that plays dance games with me has become consumed with a girl, and that seems to be all he really cares about anymore.

I went and played by myself last night, got a few AAAs, but after the initial 'WOO YEAH, I GOT IT!' I just started to feel like, "Who cares?" So many people on here have hundreds of them, some over 1,000. I guess I just miss having a friendly rival to play with. I feel like friendly (and sometimes unfriendly, lol) competition always pushes me to be a better player.

I totally know how that feels.

I never had one in the first place :/
