steam randomly stopped working, had to reinstall my os, edit the everloving hell out of my registry files, deleted steam more than 20 times and it STILL doesn't work.

I haven't played a single video game all god damn week, at least I get to head out to the arcade to play DDR tomorrow

It'll look a little overwhelming at first with how many options there are built into the plug-in, but if you google "plexus tutorial" and look up on it...it's cake. You basically mask / pen tool to create shapes and distort it / tweak it to your liking that can be keyframed.
Easy to use and has very nice effects that I think can create very nice simple or complex designs alike.

Then let a kid teach you how to remove the X...

So I played DDR X for the first time today. The panels moved around under my feet and I couldn't hit any down arrows. I then proceeded to get a D on Why not, a C on Raspberry Heart, and a C on MAX 300. JESUS I THOUGHT YOU GUYS WERE OVERREACTING

Also I tried that new Mario Kart GP DX game that came out last month(?). It's... ok I guess? I've been spoiled too much by the console games, methinks.

I guess I'm weird then because I can actually get AA's on DDR X machines and still pass 10's, haha. I still never go out of my way to play on them, though.

Hm, maybe you have a better machine near you. It was nearly impossible to hit some of the arrows. I spent around 30 seconds just trying to change the difficulty from Expert to Challenge because the down arrow wouldn't register twice in a row.

On the DDR X machine where I live, the panels are firmly locked in place. But the pads themselves move around while playing and once I made it tip back and I almost fell off.

So the Ludum Dare game jam was this weekend and I actually made a game! Yay!

Our train service is run by a gigantic army of humongous lazy-ass assholes.
Everyone I know who work there told me they literally spend their day looking at the clock.

Tomorrow is some public holiday, so everyone already left work, and pretty much everything is stopped until next Monday.
I was supposed to take the train from Nice to Marseille, but they cancelled all the trains.

It's not like half of the f*cking year is holiday here.

Ever been to the UK? You'll think your train service is like the Japanese.
