Glen? Better edit that before SHE sees it Smile

I Also Just Though of it

Everyone is Saying that these songs are from Party Collection

Wasn't Paranoia -Respect- On There? Green Grin
...i also have a feeling -Respect- will be on there...in an old post that i remember posting, i stated that if we are lucky, we might get around 5-7 BOSS songs in this mix...if Konami is unbelievably generous (and to celebrate 10 years of DDR) we may get 10, but even THAT is just too crazy.

I was just saying this because, What if THIS is the song Gwen was Talking About?
I Would Die!!! Shocked

hmmm...the end on Expert is complete hell (to me), so this MAY fit the description, plus if it WAS PR, it wouldn't have been the first ES to be chosen, it could have been Pluto or SABER WING (if it is on there)

EDIT: BUT keep in mind though that this was a DEMO, so you really never know....Oops

Looking back on the fist post, how do we now know that Taj He Spitz and the others are licenses? (Excluding broadjam winners, obviously)

Also, Paranoia Respect would be likely it hasn't been on a US PS2 yet...

Well..
Tracers (4Beat Mix) is a Konami Original, because they've have it licensed under "Konami" in their discography.

Xmix1 is done by dj Jiggens, who is a Konami artist, so that's a KO.

I can't find anything on Party Lights, Tommie doesn't have it listed on any of his discographies.

Taj He Spitz I can't find info for either. Or DKC crew for that matter. But it DOES have a Konami-made video, so I'm leaning toward it being a KO.

actually try the DDR community site...it's almost as CLOSE as you can get to actually getting a Konami person to look at your post...

But most of the time, it sometimes doesn't work...but idk >_>

and if they have P -R- on X, then i will be ecstatic Happy

Well, I don't want an exact copy of Party Collection.

I actually don't want any revivals of third and fourth rate KOs that are selected at random from a grab bag. I don't have any faith that they could ever get the 'classic KO' selection right, so I rather them not even try this. Just continue feeding us the KOs you haven't given us yet, KONAMI. Thanks!

I also hope and assume they're not neglecting adding in licenses that are exclusive to the US PS2 version and licenses that are new to the Arcade version as well. I like classic revival licenses as much as the next guy, but you gotta mix them up with new ones like they did in DDRExtreme2... because... well... um... old licenses are old and I've played them to death already! Cool

Well the $30 game price and $50 bundle price is starting to make a lot more sense now too. Because even to import Party Collection back in 2004 was only around $50 if I remember right.

What was the list of licenses on Party Collection anyway? I know Dream A Dream was on there too.

Same here. But I'm guessing that they're just pulling some of the license revivals from Party Collection to use in DDR X. I'm sure SN2 songs will make up a large part of the KO list, followed by handful (~10-15) X songs, and a few CS songs.

And perhaps they're going to be using some of these as license revivals for the AC version? :O. We've already heard rumors of Butterfly on the machine.

Same here too. It just so happened alot of the classic licenses were on Party Collection, so you can't say they're copying it.

I hope they can finally unload great songs like KISS ME ALL NIGHT LONG! Cool

Has anyone around here maintained a list of unused KOs? I used to keep a list, but I haven't touched it since like three US PS2 games ago! Laughing Out Loud

Off the top of my head... I can only think of songs like KISS ME ALL NIGHT, Dance Dance Revolution, HOLD ON ME, DIVE TO THE NIGHT, and a few others off the top of my head.

Their list of unused KOs, if you don't count STRIKE/FESTIVAL/SuperNOVA1&2 and the XBOX/360 games, is getting really small at this point! It will be really easy to predict what DDRX might have on it!

Why would they make CS exclusives if the arcade release is going to be a few months after the console release? It is completely unnecessary, and I hope Konami thinks the same.

I hope so Smile Then again it all depends on how many KO's they'll take from past DDR games.

Some people here said 10, so the chances get slim Sad
