Let It Out

Feels bad for people in frigid temps, it's not too bad in NYC but still kinda cold. Supposed to be working 10-5 tomorrow, which isn't terrible, but some of the side streets along the way are still a little thick with snow.

It snows in every northern state, excluding Oregon (which is where I'm located in). I wish it snowed here.

Today I got my yearly migraine. I wasn't too happy about that.

It's 85 degrees right now.
They say it'll drop to 23 tomorrow morning.

I want to wrap myself up on layers of blankets so I don't freeze, but it'll be too warm for right now.
Dilemmas of the modern day man.

23 degrees is an extremely typical winter temperature where I am. The cold doesn't even bother me that much until it gets below zero. Hooray for living in Upstate New York my entire life!

So there was a DDR tournament. We just started up a local Facebook group and some dude wanted to see how everyone ranked so it was a wonktastic but in the end really fun PA tourny.

I did well 'cause I got paired up with people I could actually beat... But when I ran out of those people I was about to get my butt handed to me in stamina. I picked Remember You thinking "it's cool, I can SDG this and he probably hates it" and it was going really close
but the effing game froze
So we restarted the game and I picked it again
but the effing game froze... at the same spot in the song. Ssssooo Remember You is now banned, I picked something else and got pwned.
It was double elimination so I eventually wound up against another guy I could not out-stamina (think he did PSMO twice in one round) so I'm like "no I still have one more song I can SDG on a really good day" so I picked The Center of the Heart

but the effing game froze that is not fair

And the very last song had to be settled on a random tiebreaker and of all things to get on roulette on DDR Extreme, they seriously got freaking Butterfly.

Hopping on the around NYC train... (ZIV CF meetup would be fun too!)

I decided to start my 4 miles of jogging a day routine again, the cold wasn't that bad. On the other hand the wind chills were only like 0 or so.

I felt like I was going to collapse though, I need to work my stamina up a bit again.

Best of luck to anyone dealing with the -50s, though it's probably not as bad as it sounds.

That's the spirit!

This bad boy finally came in the mail today. Original person I bought it from never gave me a tracking number, and the package never came. So much for my first online purchase. Got my money back, sniffed around eBay for a little bit (couldn't purchase my fallback, considering how I exactly one dollar short), and found a second seller. It was a around dollar more ($4.59 compared to $3.29), but it was worth it. Received the CD in six days, and aside from some scruff on the casing, everything is in wonderful, borderline immaculate condition.
It's glorious.

I actually find the people who get their panties in a bunch over the meme way more annoying than the meme itself. I'm sick of it myself, but it's really not anything worth getting worked up over.
