According to the staff blog:
ok so tomorrow there'll be 7 new licenses. They gave a couple sneak peeks:
also, they'll add a LICENSE MUSIC folder. When you start without eAmuse card, you'll be thrown to this folder.
Some of the licenses also have challenge charts that can be unlocked by playing various license songs, starting tomorrow at 10
o'clock (Thanks Tel~). Well, we'll see about this tomorrow.

ジョ -> じょいふる perhaps? Even though it's written in katakana and the song title is hiragana.
