I've already tried it, and it is very picky with when it wants to work for me. My best bet is to just take it in to get it checked, see what the damage is, and see where I can go from there. *sigh* Not looking forward to that.

I'd be surprised if half the techs out there knew anything about actually fixing it aside from 'run a refresh to fix the problem'. No one wants to work on a Windows 8 computer.

That's a bug (bug? I can't think of the exact word for it) that most, if not all, Windows operating systems have had. Hell, that shit used to happen on Windows 98. I don't really understand it, but I know that it doesn't do anything to your computer beyond not allowing you to change information or delete a file or folder. How it determines what file can and cannot be changed is beyond me, i'm no computer whiz.

If the Unlocker program is not working for you, I don't know what else to recommend beyond, and i'm totally serious, closing your laptop over and then opening it after like 20-30 seconds. A lot of times that fixes the issue, though I don't know why. It's not a permanent solution, cause it tends to pop up again and effect other files/folders.

If someone has a more reliable solution, then go with that, cause I don't know what else you could really do at this point if Unlocker won't work consistently.

The only reasons you're going to get those errors is because something has allocated it to memory, usually a program. Only thing I can assume is some program at the startup is causing it. CCleaner version 4 has a simpler version of MSCONFIG in it (under the Startup tab) that might help you track down what could be causing it.

Could be adware. Could be something malicious. Honestly, it could be a lot of things.

It's hard to be completely sure since you don't see his face, but it fits the description otherwise. Don't tell that to the conspiracy nuts though, because they're still dead-set on the entire thing being some planned New World Order thing by Obama and somehow this proves it. Even though the video really has nothing to do with any of that. Or whatever fucking ridiculous shit they pull out of their ass this week.

I'd rather be wary of the people who are going to say rhythm games cause people to do homicidal actions and be serious about it.
