The're too much crowd noise on the video to hear the ending, so I can't tell whether they add a fade out at the 60th bar of the song, or cut to the 192nd bar, and use the fade-out that already existed.

I went with Option B. If it doesn't sync up properly, I can switch it to Option A very quickly.

Edit: the answer is yes. Watching it now.
Aaaaaaaand it's a complete nerf. Lots of 8th-8th-8th-break-8th-8th-8th. Basically the original standard chart with a few random notes added in. -_- Way to go, DrD et al.

Of course, they had to change the background so YOU CAN NEVER ESCAPE THE DANCERS. EVER. It does seem to focus on the videos in particularly intense parts though, which is nice.

I want to play THIS NIGHT by the timeit's released! If it will become an e-amuse unlock, I'll be very disappointed and will have to wait 6 months or so...

anyway, still need to wait for the full songlist to see any song revivals or removals from previous DDR games

Well spotted, it is a cover of the Soul Eater theme.

I wonder why it's artist name is "Naoki Ex" and not "NMR"? It fits perfectly with the NMR gimmick.. Or they could probably have used the original? It's a Daisuke Asakura song.

Looks like the rumor about the song that was supposedly by Novasonic was too good to be true. It looks like the confused song was "Time after Time" by NovaSPACE. Also, did anyone else get surprised by the revival of Cascada's song? Not a very good song, but still...

It wasn't really a rumor, just a typo. The awesome guy who was giving us information from the show typed Novasonic by accident, and then quickly covered it up. It's Novaspace - Time After Time, from Velfarre Cyber Trance 05.

Hm, interesting idea for the new Second Heaven expert chart...AWESOME IDEA with the bgvideo/stage fusion.

Still hoping the original steps come back as a challenge chart.

And lol I knew there would be some X2 US/HP3 license songs on here.

I like how they implimented the Second Heaven video into the stage background. The Novaspace cover is pretty good too..



A nice mix of song styles in this mix so far.

DDR from Staff has been updated.


HIDDEN+,SUDDEN+ is available only for X cabinet.

I guessed the problem is that the old cabinet doesn't have up and down button.

Agree. but... in case of upgraded cabinets, you can't use that mods... and makes player a bit sad, and players will ask operators to buy a X cabinet... so its 10000 dollars in a mere X2 cabinet.
I hope the cabinet will be a bit cheap, but with good quality. The "upgraded?" cabinet used in JapanEXPO was pretty awesome, in terms of gameplay.
