So tomarrow, I am gonna have my tonsils removed..... Thank god, so my question for all of you is this: What anime did you really enjoy? I am gonna spend my time with new anime i supposed...

As far as stuff I've seen recently goes, I personally really enjoyed Elfen Lied and Shakugan no Shana. I've been watching Negima as well (haven't finished it yet) and so far it's really good.
Also agree with the two above me suggesting Chobits and FLCL. I haven't seen in FLCL in years, but I remember really enjoying it as a kid. Chobits was the first anime I ever watched all the way through, and it's definitely one of my favorites.

Inu x Boku, The World God Only Knows, Hentai Ouji which for the record has no porn in it... Those are good for short stuff. For something longer, I'd throw out School Rumble. I usually tell people my favorite is School Rumble, but outta these, Inu x Boku had the most shippy of ships, World God Only Knows is the funniest, Hentai Ouji had the best story, and School Rumble then has my favorite characters.
Still need to finish Chobiiiiits
And for something that actually isn't comedy or girly anime, Naoki Urasawa's Monster is good if you can find it.

Watching Fairy Tail (still at the Key of the Starry Sky though but I enjoy its ED)
Aside from that, I have Railgun S, Blood Lad, Majestic Prince, Dangaronpa. About the last title I mentioned, it somehow reminds me of America's Next Top Model meets Mirai Nikki but it's still awesome in many ways.
But I was recommended Kuroko no Basket and the Monogatari series but I can watch them if I have time since I am occupied as of this moment.
Aside from that, I have Railgun S, Blood Lad, Majestic Prince, Dangaronpa. About the last title I mentioned, it somehow reminds me of America's Next Top Model meets Mirai Nikki but it's still awesome in many ways.

Danganronpa is amazing. At least, the game was pretty awesome. Don't particularly like how the anime is turning out so far. Everything feels rushed, especially the first few episodes, but it would definitely be really hard to properly adapt Danganronpa into an anime anyway since it's only supposed to be 13 episodes. I still really enjoy the anime so far though, I love seeing it animated.

Thanks everyone I got enough to watch till I get all better. I'll be gone in a few minutes to get to the doctors. I hope getting my tonsils will be painless, but I know it will hurt...
edit: I am home now, a little loopy now, but I made it and I will start watching some of the animes I was recommended. I'm so hungry, I wish i can eat tho
