It's a few days late but congratulations on your job, hyper kitten!
In unrelated news, I hate it when plans fall through, especially when it's right before planned thing in question happens. I was going to go out to dinner with some friends but it looks like that isn't happening.
Also I've got finals for the next three days and I'm still kinda stressed about it...

Golly. It would be nice if some people responded to emails.
Sent emails to the tutoring company I interviewed with, the ones who said I'd hear something by last Friday? Yet nothing.
Same for another firm that wanted to do a phone interview with me. I gave them times, I get no response.
This is bullshit.

This is unfortunately the norm for education companies. Seems they don't like confrontation, or their reasons for rejecting you are bullshit. Don't stop and wait for a single company to respond, keep making new contacts no matter how far into an interview process you are or how positively things are going. If you actually get hired and people still want to set up interviews, just politely decline and tell them why. Should something go wrong with you're new job those are the first people you call back.

My grandfather had the same thing about 15 years ago. But he's alive and well, prostate cancer is really easy to overcome. So long as it's taken seriously it shouldn't be a problem.

Yea he's going to be alright. His Gleason level is 6 which is good and the doctor told him that it's not fatal. The radiation therapy is a bitch but I know he can handle it. He's in good spirits and feels no pain or has any odd symptoms other than his diabetes.

I still don't think it's worth it. PS4 is still $100 lower and has slightly better specs. Also, Playstation Plus is a bit cheaper than Xbox Gold membership.

And it still has to be setup online initially. People who don't have internet, DON'T HAVE INTERNET. They can't rent it for a day like Microsoft seems to think they can.

The announcement was inevitable after Sony's conference, though it's not enough to convince me. Especially with the recent news I heard where their kiosk machines weren't even Xbox One consoles nor anything close to it. Coupled with the other things I've grown tired of with Microsoft, my choice is firm with the PS4.

I think Nintendo did something like this last year.Also even with the Xbox one having used games, it's still a more expensive and less powerful system. Also Xbone has given me no reason to get one, they just undid why I should stay away from one.

I used to go to D&B and play edits on X2, but they took down the site in order to make edits happen so I have like 20 edits I looked forward to playing that I can no longer play. I have some in the cab, but the site disappearing made me feel down. Almost went last weekend.

Oh I know quite a few DDR cabs around here. I've played some really good ones like the X2 in Disney Quest and SN2 in Universal (like seriously, it's in great shape). I'm just asking because...I don't know. It would be cool to meet some of you guys and play some DDR together sometime. I'm here for 2 weeks so if anyone is interested, just let me know I guess. Soon I'm gonna live here because I'm going to UCF when I graduate high school (which they have a perfectly good SN cab right there on campus!).
