Hey! So, here is a question for people who have played DDR since SN2...
What are some good doubles charts? Things like Mars War 3 or 5.1.1. or Emotion that really suprise you when you play them? Or even things like AA that are just fun?

X - Playa, Into Your Heart
X2 - Theory of Eternity, I'm So Happy, This Night
X3 - Let's Get Away, Private Eye, Alstroemeria (walk with you mix) challenge, Programmed Universe

Do you have a level range or BPM range in mind? Or have preferences on gimmicks, etc.?

I haven't really played heavily since SN2 because machines were starting to stop working and no one would fix them, but I think the hardest song I could consistently pass on doubles Max 300 SMMM Challenge. I don't think I could have fun with charts of that calibur without getting worn out, so I would say keep them around the 10 to 14 range? Unless they were just super fun and easy at the same time.

Alright, so here's a handful.

If you want "surprising" charts, look no further than some of the X-Special D- charts. That said, I don't necessarily associate "surprising" with "good". Some of them literally throw you from one side to the other in a matter of one quarter beat. Watch out for PARANOIA EVOLUTION (X-Special) D- though, that chart is way trickier and harder than it may seem. 零 -ZERO- D- also has quite a few tricks similar to MARS WAR 3. THE LONELY STREETS D- and Dance Partay D- are really wide charts, if you're into those. if you like footswitches and stuff, 回レ！雪月花 D- can be quite fun.

Some other charts I thought were just fun from X2 to A (after playing them during the one week I was in Seoul, Korea this year):
D-: aftershock!!, Pierce The Sky, Sacred Oath, 不沈艦CANDY, Your Angel, I/O, message, Share The Love, snow prism, TWINKLE♡HEART, Wings of an Angel (Fly With Me), New Gravity, PRANA, Sweet Rain, Synergy for Angels, FUNKY SUMMER BEACH, Plan 8, Starlight Fantasia

D-: MAX LOVE, Confession

I do know several others that I thought were fun, but they're 15+, so in your case you might find them more tiring than fun.


And wow, you could actually pass MAX 300 (Super-Max-Me Mix) Double Challenge consistently? That's actually a chart I really don't find fun (unlike on Single, or on Double Expert).

Thanks for the reaponses! There are 6 people here today, and from what I have gathered is that the only reason there aren't more is because the market here in California is flooded and everyone is in a different location.

I couldn't find lesson by dj yesterday for my nephew. Where is it located?
Thrre are a ton of people here today, of all difficulty levels. I keep getting people who want to challenge me, and it's a ton of fun. Not one of them has heard of this site though, so hopefully I got the word out well enough.

Lesson by DJ recently got added and got a new jacket different from the Hottest Party 3 jacket.

Sorry it's a little small, it's directly from the official website.

They still haven't fixed the jackets for Chronos, CG Project, or Try 2 Luv U on the website though.
