I just found this other cool site that autogenerates graphics: http://bjmiller.net/canvas/wallpaper/
There's an option for custom resolution that defaults to the resolution of your screen, but you can set it to the exact specifications for simfile graphics, and the default format output seems to be .png, so high quality and all that.
Sorry to interrupt, but I had to share this in case anyone was interested. Someone can move the information to the appropriate location if need be. Carry on.
Update: Here are Jacket and Background graphics to use as a base for "CLIMAX of MAXX 360 - PARANOiA Revolution" to build upon if someone wants to re-step it or something. I uploaded them to archive.org

Randomly generated graphics are something I really didn't think would ever be posted here when I created this thread. I guess if you make graphics using them as a base it's ok, but if you're just posting the randomly generated images then it probably shouldn't be here.

I think they would both look better if you shifted all the text to the left a little. And yeah the one on the left looks better to me as well. I don't like the slant on the artist text on the right one.
Edit: It looks like the backdrop on the one on the right got messed up or something, unless that was intentional.
