Something tells me that the policy won't be held for very long, if even held at all. They'd be losing business, and quickly I might add, considering how a good majority of the streams on there (at least the ones I've noticed) contain licensed material in some way. I feel as though it was a spur of the moment idea that someone was idiotic enough to think it was good *cough*Vince Russo*cough*.

Streaming yourself playing a game is considered commentary, which is protected by fair use. They tried to lock down people's YouTube accounts for the same thing a few years ago and it didn't work.

... I'd like to think they're doing this for kids, but why would you even imitate the older cartoon if you were going to mangle it into something painful to watch, even more painful for people who liked the old cartoon...? D': Ughhh, almost wish they'd make new characters or at least get new VAs... keep it as far away from the first cartoon as possible so they aren't even related at this point. xP
