When did DDR have a real rival system? X3 didn't appear to have any way of adding rivals like you can in IIDX or jubeat.

X3 has rival features, you can key in IIRC at most 10 rivals (in the part just after you put in your PIN). Out of those 10, you can select 3 to be displayed as target score. (corresponds to 4/5/6 on the numpad, respectively)
This will put their score as the target score on the pacemaker, so in a way it's a rival system like in IIDX.
So does DDR X. No idea about SN2 though.

Konami make couple play mode easier by moving the arrow scroll on top nearer to the middle, but forgotten to move the Hidden/Sudden+ along with the arrow scroll. Being trolled by TAKASKE-

Only my Railgun is iin the X2 demo rotation. Don't know about Heavy Rotation, never seen an X3.
