To all the high schoolers having their last days of school: you're so lucky. NYC High Schools don't let out for another two weeks before Regents exams. It lets out altogether at the end of June.

maxninja09: Well, I'm gonna be a junior this semester (College), so I should be graduating at 2010, but with the fact that I took only 5 subjects last semester, I failed Elementary Statistics, AND chose not to take summer classes to make up for them (parents were against the idea despite my enthusiasm), i might end up being a november (end of first semester) graduate which looks bad since I'll be left behind if that happens.

Yeah, i should give the pc a rest and just use it at weekends like I used to do. Despite me taking very few subjects, my dad and me were not satisfied with how my grades turned out.

Hmm. Does your school district use PowerSchool? The alternating rows of white and blue look like a Mac thing, which is what PowerSchool uses.

Append: I want to make some sort of community site, but I don't know what about. It would be one of those free ones by Webs anyways because I don't like paying at least $50 - $100 per year.

There's plenty of DDR/Music Gaming sites, so I'm not sure, maybe something with music though...

Well, I had to put up with no air-conditioning on the engineering bldg. (I'm an IT student and we are part of the engg. college) for 1 year and that my classes are usually on the 4th floor. We have a field with grass, an internet laboratory (with slow connections and HS students playing on Y8 all the time), two libraries (Engg. and the main for the other courses) and a really hot (literally) gym.

It's definitely better than the school I went to on HS.

kp_centi: I really don't understand why you have such problems with the english language for someone currently overseas. I didn't think it was that hard to learn, and that most of my classmates don't seem to know much about english.
