He used to post senseless stuff without getting his information correct. And he also had that really large signature. I don't recall him ever being on a positive rating because of this. That's why he stopped posting; I take it he got the message that he'll be banned if he keeps it up.

i think some people got a little annoyed with him in the graphics section, namely the custom background thread.
i can't recall any from the top of my head, but he made a few annoying comments that i know i didn't appreciate.

It's easy to reach -100 if you do something that makes people hate you and you just keep doing it. RTCB would post in a noobish (and sometimes inappropriate) manner that he never bothered to change. On the contrary, Queen-Zukin started out spamming the Youtube tags and posting inane ideas (a milder version of hinata, if you will), but by the time he was at -50, he wised up and is now on the positive side.
