yep, mine was bye bye baby balloon, which was unrated in max, the artist did dam dariram(one of the most popular DDR songs), and its not on any US PS2 DDRs but is on UM3 where it got its rating(which refers to both clue 1 and 3).

2- i was only ever in one game
3- only two regions got maniac steps(this one might make it TOO easy)

well, there are hints within my hints if you look closely. you should be able to get it if you look closely, even if you arent too big on IIDX.

heaven is a place on earth has yet to be in an arcade mix, so thats not it.

as for mine(the middle one)- was that licensed? if so, my bad, that makes one of my clues wrong. been so long is only available in japanese mixes though, which would go against my "only two regions got maniac steps" hint.

night of fire is correct, disney mix in japan didnt have maniac steps, and its a licensed IIDX transplant.

also, strike = JP PS2 only and HIAPOE isnt in the arcade SN2, but rather SN US for PS2. like i said, no arcade appearances.
