When there is a tie, then it goes down to if the person voted or not. Darkstorm091 has voted as valex and Mr. Music have not. With that being said, Darkstorm091 will get the #16 spot in less the other 2 send it there vote it time.

also sorry for making a bad file? idk what the standards here even are so i just made what i thought were good steps but if you guys didn't like them then that's fine!
i like my heavy steps to follow the music though, that was probably the problem haha (kind of like itg's heavy steps, though most of those aren't very good either)
