The Official DDR Accomplishments Thread (Read first post, NO STEPMANIA OR ITG)

@PanStyle: Yep, 1x always. PFCs? Well, lesse...I've PFC'd most of the licenses on X2, now, though some predate my membership here, so I didn't bother dredging them up. Counting all of the PFCs in my DDR games? I'd have to go through them and count...I think I have at least five in every mix from Konamix on. It's for that reason that I get so frustrated with 10/15 caliber songs, because I can usually pull off at least a SDG on anything easier than that, but on songs at a certain level, it seems like I struggle even for A's much of the time (if I pass at all.) I've been particularly angry with Outer Limits and NGO lately...

Okay, I know I'm also the last one who posted, but I played again tonight, and...

A Brighter Day-would have been a PFC if ONE GOOD HADN'T RUINED EVERYTHING!!!!!

Finally passed Pluto


Then I tried Pluto Relinquish and failed at the end. Then again, it's a 17.

This was on the console, not the arcade.

Not as good as my first pfc (52perfects) I also still hold the world record with my first PFC on that.

I also re-got Trip Machine phoenix Expert again. There were plenty other reAAA's but only those are worth noting.

Thank god for Bowling alleys an hour away that close at 3am!
At 12:45am I passed SMMM Heavy. Not sure if I already did this a while ago but I don't have a pic for it, so I did this:


Then around 1:30 I got a terrible Random, and it was on 2x ;_;

Actually better than my first pass of it, somehow.


Then for my last set at 2:50, I tried to be cool and it didn't quite work:

I have a much better score of this.

And for 2nd stage I did Across the Nightmare, Random final stage was Maxx Unlimited 2x and I got like 100 steps in and then got tired.

My edit of On The Break, 15 footer, and making and passing it is kinda an accomplishment for me.

I'm glad I can finally say that I can do it, but I have no idea what to aim towards next. Trigger?

I played on Euromix1 btw. I forgot that it was garbage
6 or 7 weeks without playing, then this. That was... weird ahah.
I'm sure some songs drift and/or are offsycn/offbeat (even if i suck at x1 nobar, there is some limit to the shittyness >.>).
Also, some pad errors, meh.

I think my best improvement was do it all night : 92.27 (old) -> 96.40 (new). It's SN-like score btw.
I had a list of 15 songs to play (that i already played on an other session), i improved 6 on 15 songs (2 new AA).
I'm so bad :s

I might play on X this weekend. I have to deal with screen delay. I'm not used to it at all because i only played X twice and the last time was 3 or 4 token only on April xD

Yeah the Note/speedmods were just below that. That's what I get for not having a steady hand after playing a bunch of hard songs in one night :v

PanStyle: Well, X has screen lag, I know, but still, I can MA/PA by hitting the first notes (getting Marvelous/Perfect) and then followed my feet's beat, not following the song. As long as you play the song on SM, listening to it with assist tick, and kinda remember the assist tick, you'll do just fine. (that's how I do it though)

However, I can't deal with boss songs using this technique. Sometimes I look at the Step Zone and hitting when the arrows approach it. (Vision assisted PA)

i'm confused. 555 steps x 5 plays is 2775, but your perfects is 2500. the max combo of 573 x 5 comes out to what you got though.

anyway, moonster has kicked my ass since SN CS JP. i dont know why, but it has. when i say kicked my ass, i mean i couldnt break 7 greats on an 8 with CS timing. anyway, today i VERY RANDOMLY flagged it on the second to last step on X2. this was, of course, after 17 straight attempts at AAAing it. probably my most frustrating accomplishment yet, because i'm fairly certain i'll never come close to 1 great again. that PFC would have been so freaking sweet.

gonna try and hit the arcade tomorrow, i need to AAA kind lady already.

I believe your thinking about Max 300 (555 steps and 573 combo) and Maxx Unlimited (555 steps and 600 combo)

Combos are assuming you are playing on a version of DDR that counts jumps as 2.
