The very first AAA I got was probably Moon on 
On I got Love Shine and it was a PFC. If you mean the SuperNOVA 2 AAA, than it would be Flowers .

The first AAA at home was Do It All Night SP on 3rdMIX CS... oh wait, that's SSS 
And the first AAA (PFC) at the arcade was Everytime We Touch DP on X2,
but unfortunately, I got that one when I was playing the "Power Push X2" course, so I didn't get an actual record for that.
(I didn't get a record of my 2nd PFC either, since it came out from "Welcome Play"
)

Just Yesterday, I had my first AAA (FC not PFC) in the arcade which was Shades of Grey which was my first attempt

Mines was MAX 300
On Extreme(AC), I overplayed it for training to do tens... and then even now I stuggle with most of them 
But my first one at home was End Of The Century on Euromix(CS Obviously) (true PFC not the shoddy AAA you got on any song when you scored an A)

At the arcades: BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA The closest I've ever gotten was an AA on Insertion. Felt okay man.

At the arcade, my first was TRiP MACHiNE on Heavy (Dance Dance Revolution 1st mix)
This came on just my 4th play in the arcade. Sadly they closed about a year ago :(
For some odd reason I struggle scoring AAAs when the difficulty is below expert.
It took me 3 years until I was ready to start playing on Heavy, and after a few weeks I got the AAA.
