A thread about your requests for custom palettes for all of your favorite Pop'n Music characters. If anyone have color maps or transparent character lineart bases, that would be amazing. But if you create your own lineart, that is fine for me. This is inspired by the Skullgirls thread of custom palettes at skullheart.com.

Here are several of the lineart I've edited. More to come later on, because I need a break from editing. Feel free to submit some other pop'n character lineart that you like.
UPDATE 3/19/19:
Anyone can join this thread. Just download the lineart and color in any drawing program, or you can upload your own lineart or any existing Pop'n Music lineart. It's getting lonely in here.
