Sorry, but keternal's right. You've used other people's graphics to create a edit of their theme, you can't call it your theme.

I've seen alot of people do that.

QFT. Though it can be used as a springboard to make your own theme, providing you switch all the graphics to your own. Working with the metrics would also be a very good idea.
