What's the rating for? I know it's to rate how people talk but.. if we get alot of bad ratings, we get ban?

The rating just means how well you're liked. Usually, the people with really low numbers have been doing stupid things. Those same stupid things are offenses that get them warned and eventually banned, so the two are more or less hand in hand.
