I said THEME only. I tried using downloading packs and transfering the themes to the theme folder on Stepmania, but when I did, the initial screen wouldn't boot up.

Oh, right. Since there's no smzip extractor for SM5, you'll have to create a folder in SM5 called Packages and drop the .smzip in there.

You can also rename the file and remove the "SM" from zip. It will then turn into a traditional zip for you to extract. You need to have extensions visible on Windows Explorer for that.
