As for sounds, I am not sure, and other bemani games, it depends on what hardware. I am pretty sure I can get rips PSX versions of bemani games.
I tried IIDX Arcade harddrive rips and install discs. No luck.
I'm going to try Pop'n Arcade later.
The program I used to rip bemani games only rip PSX based games.

Good luck getting it looking just right accurate for DTXmania. (I never played DTXmania, so I can't help you there).
