Anyway, I just got into this game and I'm an avid Kingdom Hearts Fan! I love this game and it's super addicting. If anyone has any news or simply responds with their player ID I will send a request for you to join my "party" (basically a clan if you will).
If you haven't checked out this game, it's a must have. Definitely one of the best free-to-play games on mobile phones. (Also the music is the bomb.)

i believe Square-Enix stated that they will release Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue this year as the final stepping stone before releasing KH3 which probably won't be released until sometime next year.

The game was released on smartphones in Japan and North America, I assumed that was considered as International.
