Would it be possible for me to use andijust scores in the jubeat tracker? They are the exact files so im assuming its okay but i want to ask first.

The jubeat score tracker was designed for the Arcade and mobile platform games only. So I would say no, based on the fact that StepMania scores aren't allowed in the DDR Score Tracker.
